Owner Renee believes in starting your day with a good meal, prepared with love. And she delivers! A must-have when you’re visiting is the Johnnie Breakfast. A local staple, a Johnnie Cake is a light and airy deep-fried dough. Renee then stuffs it with your choice of eggs, bacon, and cheese. Also serving up pancakes, waffles, and a variety of omelets filled with fresh ingredients you’re sure to live up to Renee’s advice and have a great day.

Our full bar isn’t just for the night! Not only do we have your favorite vacation breakfast cocktails like Bloody Marys and fresh juice Mimosas, but you can also get your caffeine boost with coffee, espresso, or blended frappes. Rather start your day with a  healthy kick? Try one of our fruit smoothies or fresh-squeezed juices.

Dinner Menu

Renee serves up her family’s Guyana-style recipes every night at Tipsy Shark. You’ll always find a fresh catch of the day, caught by Papa Singh from the waters surrounding Jost Van Dyke. You can also find, slow-roasted pork shoulder, and traditional favorites like burgers and fries. When available you must try the Caribbean lobster caught fresh that day.

We’re not called Tipsy Shark for nothing!  We offer a full bar including beer, hard cider, and wine and you’ll usually find Randy behind the bar crafting delicious new recipes for you to enjoy like our signature drink the Tipsy Passion. Made with Passionfruit Rum, Dark Rum, passionfruit juice, freshly squeezed orange, and lime juices, then topped off with a splash of grenadine, you’ll swear you just drank a sunset.
